Heart skipping beats
From past couple of days i am getting a weird feeling in my chest its like it is skipping a beat. Sometimes once in a minute and some time several consequently one after another. I checked my blood pressure it was above normal 140/90. I am pretty scared it is something serious? Should i consult a Cardiologist? What is the reason for this?

Sinus arrythmia occurs when hyperventilating due to anxiety....but still you will need holter monitoring for underlying arrythmia detection....meet cardiologist
