Heart problem
My father (60years) got diagnosed week back with heart failure reduced ejection fraction class_ III, absolute iron deficiency, dilated cardiac myopathy, moderate LV DYSFUNCTION, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension. Now he is on treatment with valsartan,torsemide,carvedilol,atorvastatin with clopidogrel,neurokind,insulin. Please suggest me any other treatment if needed.

The treatment appears to be right .It may be prudent to register in a heart- failure clinic where they will assess and advise you regarding transplant
