I am having healthanxiety issues I feel heart pounding like I am spending most of time in seeing health articles videos imaging about it always like most of day I feel right cartoidarterg fluttering is this due to anxiety or heart related i am 18years old

Its anxiety related. My suggestion is stop serching google and consult a psychiatrist. Searching and reading health articles will only increase your anxiety as you are not a doctor you can not interprete them.

Your problem seems to be anxiety related. However better to evaluate your heart with ECG and ECHO.
