Heart pain in point area
My age 25,I have pain in my left chest next to my nipple and use to get fear type heart beat when about to sleep even for small sounds in sleep I heart beat used to increase and I feel my heart beat whole day.and there is pain in my left arm in one area.the pain is like twisting

Seems to be non specific of any disease. Better show to a cardiologist. A couple of simple test may be required like ECG and Echo
