Aortic root calcification involving sinus and valves is common after age of 60 years due to degeberation of collagen in vessel walls. in ur grandpas case its a tiny calcification..if size of aorta is ok and valves are functioning well nothing should b done. U should not worry abt it..just keep his blood pressure undercontrol..
