Heart disease prevention
One third of all deaths in India are attributable to cardiovascular disease. Considering that making lifestyle changes are usually harder to come by, what basic and cheap diagnostic tests can one go through on a regular basis to ensure they catch an early onset of cardiovascular disease? Also what should be the frequency of these tests? Quarterly, half-yearly, yearly?
