My eardrum is damage what should i do without operation.
i take medicine by doctor , he gave me acolate p plus and ciplox d drop. now i have icting in my ear.

Ear drum damage with trauma you can wait for 1-2 months to see if it closes spontaneously
You should avoid using drops or allowing water to enter the ear
Since you have used drops and now have itchy ears there is a possibility of fungal infection
Meet ENT specialist
If you have a hole in eardrum for longer than 3 months likelihood of surgery is high
