I heard sound from my ear from the past two months doctor priscrpied me some medicine but all in vain please tell me what to do

Hello....... do you have pulsating sensation is ear ... It called tinnitus....Tinnitus involves the annoying sensation of hearing sound when no external sound is present,it could be subjective or objective, high blood pressure , turbulent blood flow , malformed capillary , exposure to high intensity bsound can cause tinnitus , underlying cause should treated consult good ent specialist
