Hello, for growing children, food becomes a concern, their tantrums for food increases, but as parents we need to make sure that we give them complete nutrition. Make sure you give them high good quality proteins, like a blend of cereals and pulses, low fat milk and m,ilk products, white meats, etc. Include complex carbohydrates in their diet and reduce the oil content of foods, let the fat intake in the diet be through nuts and oil seeds that are in invisible sources of fats in the diet. Avoid developing a habit of eating junk foods, oily foods, highly processed foods, packed foods, rather make home made snacks which are much healthier with no preservatives added. Coming to the milk flavour powder, all the three are some where or the other same, so i wouldn't specifically recommend any drink or advise not to take any specific one.
