Hello, I am a girl 22 year old,I am 60 kg,I am a student ,and all friends make fun of me,I want to decrease fat,as per my height my weight must be 54 kg,please give me a diet plan that I can follow at home,n exercise also,I can't do heavy exercise coz I met with accident n right hand bone dislocation happened,so please tell me a diet plan and exercise that I can do with less use of hand,I have fest after 4 weeks I want to loose fat.
