Health Anxiety & Acidity
I have no bad habits like smoking, drinking and others, all of a sudden something strike in my mind that what if that happens to me? what will happen to my dependents? It started bothering me terribly, Later several visits to the doc happened, ecgs 2D Echo( two months back), hyperacidity tabs, caps. Developed Tinnitus since one year On & Off. Many ECGs ( For many days i can believe the tests are reliable / Valid) Some days Constantly I’ll get thoughts about what next where next pain will come (not all the times) by remembering old happened incidents. I took Zorset 25mg / 50Mg & BetaCAP 20 for one week & stopped , now on Ayurvedic Caps ( Ashwagandha), please advice

Hello there..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. ....
