Headache with specks
Hello. I need to ask that I always have headache while I wear my specks. its been more than 3-4 years. i dont wear glasses regular but whenever i wear it, i always had a pain at d centre of eye plus headache. kindly advise.

Its advisable to get your spectacle number checked regularly. Headache on wearing glasses could be due to
1. Change in number
2. Change in axis of number
3. Ill fitted spectacle
4. Poorly centred glass
Also, if you are spending too much time in front of a digital screen it could be a simple digital eye strain.
Its advisable to get a detailed examination done.
