Headache under Sun
I get headaches being under the Sun. Umbrella, glasses aren't of much use. They are hazel brown eyes. I believe they are also dilated. Kindly give in some ways that I can do to help myself. Thank you.

B. Keep using umbrella and dark black goggles
C. Try to use hat ...
D. Drink a lot of water ...Keep yourself hydrated
