You seem to be suffering from sudden sensorineural hearing loss which can have symptoms of giddiness because of sudden loss of inner ear function. You should consider taking intra tympanic steroid injection on with anti vertigo medication. Consult a experienced neuro otologist for appropriate treatment
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist with experience in neuro otology for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
