HEAD AND BODY ACHE
Doctor, I'm a student and have to travel a lot in my daily schedule. I am able to get a maximum 7 hours of sleep. But I've been encountering head and body ache quite frequently these days, is/are there any home remedies or some good practices which can help me overcome this problem?
