Head ache and dizziness.
I left drinking tea, and from that day every morning i am having headache and dizziness. Not able to concentrate on any thing. Not able to make it without morning tea.

These are withdrawal symptoms. Take warm water early morning it will help

Are you taking any other thing like milk, coffee etc in place of tea...? At what time you eat anything after waking up..? Low blood sugar in the morning ( after overnight fasting ) also causes headache and dizziness.. Still other reasons for this symptoms should be evaluated.
