Head ache after waking up
I have night shifts. I sleep in the morning at 5 a.m. and get up in the late afternoon. whenever I wake up, I have a headache on the left side of my head. And it is almost everyday. I don't have any diseases or suffer from any ailments.

your problem might be due to the shifts which after prolonged duration causes hormonal imbalances in the body. Working late nights can also cause anxiety. Always follow light diet with adequate fluid intake. Do  give up any addiction ( if any).Avoid drastic temperature changes ( ac to non ac room or vice versa).
