He is 2.3 years old till now he is speak only 1 or 2 letters word like mummy,papa,aayu,bhavu. he speak name taj in place of raj now please suggest me what should i do.................. his pediatric said us for surgery of his extra skin of his toungue so its true or not..........

Hi...., based on your history looks.like your son has macroglossia...Macroglossia is an abnormal large tongue seen in childrens....
due to overdevelopment of the muscle or the accumulation of material within the tongue. ..
Medical therapy for macroglossia is useful only when the cause of the disease is a clearly known....
Multiple shapes of keyhole tongue resection are performed, depending on the size of macroglossia. All of these have proven to be effective in restoring tongue function....
