He has right leg paralysis and gangerine

Asked for Male, 62 Years

He is paralyzed in right leg and serious gangerine at toe. He regularly take medicine for high blood pressure and diabetes. Doctor said the gangerine is gas type. I attached the photo of affected area . And want to know about patients risk level as well as best treatment available for the same . It is very helpful if you provide some detail information about cure.

He needs to have his blood sugars and BP under strict control. Should see a podiatrist or a diabetic foot surgeon immediately for the gangrenous foot , should be hospitalised.
