Digestion affects blood sugar level. So just because BSL is high does not mean you have to start anti diabetic medication. What type of gastric problem is there? Please elaborate that. So that accordingly medication can be planned to cure it.

Yee digestion, increased or decrease level of blood sugar , side effects of medicines , other medical conditions cause dry mouth . So better to meet doctor near to you for proper diagnosis with treatments
