U r Prediabetic.. This is highly likely to progress to Frank diabetes in next 6 months to year if no lifestyle modifications done... About one third ppl progress in that time approx.
So start low calories diabetic diet and physical exercise

It depends on what measures u taking to avoid progression to diabetes. So u need to regular exercise and consult dietitian for diet chart. Need to change ur lifestyle, reduce weigh and monitor sugars. If u don’t take any measures will progress to diabetes in few months.
