Having stiffness in neck and swallon fac

Dear Doctor i m male 27 from few days firstly i was having stiffness in neck after this stiffness was there for a short period of time but from 2-3 days it have been increased stiffness is there only and my face is swallow badly for reference i have attached image kindly suggest whats going on!!
