Having sever pain in tooth and shows cavity in right maxillary third molar. So need to understand next course of action.

Please get an X-ray made for the involved tooth to check for the depth of decay..Mostly pain is caused when the decay is involving the pulp of the tooth..RCT or Extraction are the two options..Can be decided only after an X-ray is made
