Please do NOT take Zosert 50 without consulting a psychiatrist- your symptoms need to be evaluated more thoroughly and the psychiatrist can then prescribe accordingly..
Zosert is an antidepressant and extreme irritability, racing thoughts with sleep disturbance is more indicative of certain other conditions which could be worsened by Zosert .
