Having psoriasis from last 18 years
Was having homeopathic treatment from last two years ...there was some improvements on feet below .. but now from some moths has caught on to palms in very severe manner

My sincere suggestion is that you visit an allopathic dermatologist near you . Especially if you expect a relatively quicker treatment. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. It has the phases of improvement and flare ups. The treatment is a process so you will need to be patient.
