It can be because of muscle spasm or radiculopathy. U should meet the Physiotherapist and follow ergonomics related to office work

Hello! The pain radiating from  neck, shoulder and arm is called radiculopathy. You might be having muscle spasm and acute pain in neck and shoulder area. The numbness indicates that we can not rule out disc issues. pl get it evaluated first from physio who can guide you further

May be due to prolonged static abnormal posture associated with your job . Needs stretching every 2hrs to the postural muscules. Have to take micro breaks to do all these exs. No need of medicines for this problem. Postural and ergonomic modifications will help
