Having neck pain from almost 10 days
I m having neck pain for almost 10 days after waking up from sleep and I feel sleepy consulted local physician he prescribed ethoshine mr for neck spasm and did xray for cervical spine attaching my reports kindly reply me as soon as possible is it normal or I have to do further investigation bcoz of neck pain I can't able to do my work some headache also there but no vomiting dizziness nothing else

X ray is normal. If u have neck pain and radiating to shoulder arm elbow forearm and hand then consult nearby orthopedist. If not, go for cervical exercises and pain management

• Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.
