Dear client sorry to hear that but have you tried with physiotherapy, if not plz do so, some times there could be some kind of muscular inefficiency that may develop such a situation.

Is it only back pain you have or do you have pain going into buttocks and down the leg as well? Have you had an MRI Scan done? You will most likely have wear and tear of your spine which will be causing you a lot of the pain. Weakness of muscles around the spine will also cause an element of weakness. Please see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment and investigations. Dr Vinu Raj Consultant Spine Surgeon MBBS MRCS FRCS(Trauma&Orth)

You need to do regular physiotherapy. Once you have professional advice, you are the best person to help yourself with maintaining a healthy posture and weight, and being disciplined in doing your physio exercises regularly. Please see the back pain leaflet on dr-MV.com. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS
