Having grade 1 fatty liver
I have grade 1 fatty liver and incresed level of sgpt and sgot and uric acid..
Having medicines from last 5-6 months and now increased level are very minimal high..
I am on veg diet and decreased my weight by 10 kg.
But due to diet by losing fat i am also losing muscle weight.
Can i take whey protein post workout? Is it had any side effect on fatty liver?

Take hemp seed powder for proteins.
Don't take medication to fix your liver. Change you diet to heal liver. Get on low carb diet.
