Since last 4 days but no cure. Till the time medicine has effect there is no fever but after the medicine effect again there is fever. I have running nose also. Suggest what to do

HELLO, TREATMENT IS VERY GOOD YET FEVER IS THEIR SO NOW ADVISE TO CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD AS PROPER EXAMINATION IS NEEDED SO AS SOME TEST MAY REQUIRED.
BLOOD
CBC,ESR
WIDAL TEST
NS1 FOR DENGU FEVER.
TILL THAN CONTINUE THE TREATMENT FOR TOTAL
SEVEN DAYS.
PLENTY OF HEALTHY DIET, NIMEULID TO STOP,
TAB PARACETAMOL 500 EIGHT HOURLY TO CONTINUE.
REST AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
KEEP OBSERVATION WHETHER ANY RASH DEVLOP. IN CBC IF PLATLET COUNT IS DERANGED THAN RETEST AFTER TWO DAYS N IF DECREASE REPEAT AFTER ALTERNATE DAY.
NO SOLID DIET.,REST IS VERY IMPORTANT.OK.
