It seems that you are suffering from BPPV characterized by episodes of vertigo accompanied by nausea and sometimes vomiting. Each episode lasts for upto 2-3 minutes. It is triggered by head movements. The treatment is Epley's maneuver. Consult a good ENT specialist, get the necessary investigations to confirm the diagnosis. For best results the Epley's maneuver is done and repeated at weekly intervals, 3 maneuvers in total.
