Have slip disc
I have been diagnosed with slip disc.doing back exercises for last one week and there is relief.want to know how soon can I start my weight training

Hello I understand you having relief from your pain but I would suggest you to start strengthening with your Physiotherapist first. Let them decide your strength training. Start gradually and then start with proper weight training.
