Have severe pain in knee and whole leg
I am male aged 35 yrs suffering with a sever pain in my left knee and lower leg. Unable to sit in toilet with Indian OT Pan. Feeling severe pain while bending the leg. This pain was started for last 2 days. Kindly suggest what to do in such heavy pain I am suffering from.

Will need to examine..did you twist your knee?.. is the pain more in the front or back...is walking comfortable and how much can you walk...do you hear any clicks...kindly consult a knee specialist..
