Have neck pain traps pain
I used to go to gym, In March I got stuck neck for 3 days , then it started and I uesd to have pain in my neck, traps, shoulder and sometimes it radiates to arm. I have tried neck traction and heat treatment from physiotherapist, but it didn't get improved yet. I m trying to resolve by doing yoga for neck, but it's not getting well.
