Have been trying for a baby
My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for the last 2 months. I know it's not yet time to panic, but I want to get myself tested to ascertain that everything is fine with me. What are the tests that would be required to be done? Also, what would be the approximate cost involved? I am asking this question because I have multiple financial commitments to handle. Please help.

Thank you for your question. You are right in that it is too early to start testing yourself. Especially if you have financial commitments elsewhere. If you and your wife are generally fit and healthy all you need to do is ensure that she takes folic acid daily. You need to maintain physical fitness, stop smoKing or tobacco and not use laptop or mobile phones near your scotum and testes ie don't work with laptop on knees and keep phone in your pocket.
Next Steps
I'd you are determined to get tested please see a doctor specialising in fertility treatment. They will recommend basic tests for you and your wife including blood tests for haemogram thyroid function ovulation functions and Rubella immunity. You will be advised to have seen analysis done. All this can cost around rs 5000 to 7000 depending upon where you live.
Health Tips
Don't self medicate or sellf refer  it's better to investigate after being examined
