Hard to urinate
In 2013 I had an emergency appendectomy. 3 weeks after I was taken by ambulance, admitted to the hospital with b/p of 63/40 and was told that I had a pocket of fluid on my pelvis and that I was septic. I was put on I.V. antibiotics that includes Zosen, Rocephin, Cipiro, Flagil and Vancomycin. This nearly shut down my kidney's. Since then I have had a difficult time urinating and many times have to strain to do so. I've tried Flomax which helped very little. Could this be from the infection I had

When you're readmitted for the second time, was a urinary catheter placed for a long duration? If so, you may have a urethral stricture, for which you need to be evaluated. Ideal is to do a retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram. Its nothing to do with infection occurred after appendectomy
