Hard to pass stool
My 2 year son is struggling to pass stool. We add good fibre foods like fruits and vegetables but still.he is struggling pls advice he is just roaming and crying when he feels to pass stool.

When the stools are so low in the rectum that he is feeling uncomfortable and crying, the stools have to be removed by finger.

Add jaiphal or nutmeg in diet ... little amount make a paste and feed or.. mix in milk little like half a tea spoon is enough..
