Hanging belly after 3months c delivery
Still looking pregnant after 3 months of c section delivery my friend also had c section delivery but her tummy is reduced what should I do please guide me

Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy U must be having diastasis recti. Better u start physiotherapy for such issue

this is normal only it may differ from person to person don't worry about this you just start your pelvic floor strengthening exercises in a proper way that get a proper consultation with physiotherapy and start post natal exercise

Start with abdominals. Toning excs will be benificial. Walk daily for 30-45 min with proper footwear
