Hand and vein swollen after blood test
I had a blood test at home yesterday morning. I used an ice pack to relieve the pain. There is a slight sweeling and pain right next to the vein from which blood is drawn this morning. I can also see one swollen vein. Kindly suggest

Bruising after the blood collection is common.You don't need to be concerned about it.Continue applying the ice pack and apply thrombophobe cream 2-3 times daily.It will resolve on its own within few days.
