Hand and leg getting numb

Asked for Female, 44 Years

My mother hand and leg getting numb frequently and because of that she feel lot of pain.we consult doctor as well but told me that she have vitamin deficiency. She is taking medician from last 4 month but no improvement. Please suggest I need help about this. Thanks in advance.
