Consult with a dentist
Online now
hi, This can easily be fixed. you need to consult an ENDODONTIST to see whether nerves are involved or not. if nerves are involved then you will have to get ROOT CANAL done first. after that it can be restored back to its usual appearance.

Sir , if the pulp is not exposed and the tooth is not having pain then cosmetic filling is done , but if pulp is exposed or you are having pain then in that situation RCT is done followed by capping.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible.

IF PAIN IS THERE..Definitely we have to do ROOT CANAL AND PUT CAP..if there is only sensitivity and inner tooth pulp is not exposed ..we can do normal filling..we have to definitely take XRAY..take painkiller and if pain is severe we have to start ANTIBIOTIC'S..is it left like that there is chance of tooth become necrotic or becomes dead and may turn into pus..and form a mild swelling near the tooth..please consult doc soon.

Do not delay your visit to the dentist so that the right treatment can be instituted as soon as possible..... this can vary from a conservative approach of rebuilding the tooth structure with a tooth coloured material called composite or doing a root canal and placing a cap over the tooth.... Regards
