I'm facing hair loss and I'm under treatment facing problem of Aloepecia. I'm using mintop 5% and finepecia 1 mg from past 2months still they are not under control

Hi
Both Mintop and Finax take at least three months to work . Please do not stop the medication for now. Pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fruits and vegetables and proteins. Avoid smoking and excessive massage of hair etc. If the ongoing hair loss bothers you can consider caffeine serums which have been very effective for hair loss. Treatments such as Low level laser therapy and PRP help as well. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
