Hairfall is too much when i apply oil to my hair and also when i comb my hair.pimple is too heavy on my face as well as neck and also so much of acne scars are on my face

There are many reasons for hair fall. Correct treatment depends on detailed history and proper examination. Please see a Dermatologist for further evaluation.
Treatment of acne (pimples) depends on the severity of the problem. From the description of your problem it appears to be severe type as it is quite extensive and causing scars on your face. Please see a Dermatologist for customised treatment plan after assessment.
