Hairfall due to weight loss
I am maintaining calorie deficit of about 700-800 cal/day for losing weight (currently 87 KGs, waist of 36 in & height of 182 cms) by consuming around 1750 Cal/day and burning 2400 Cal/day. But I am losing a lot of hair because of the same. I make sure that I consume 2 almonds and a walnut daily. But still I'm losing hair. I am planning to reach 75 KGs. What supplement should I go for to prevent hair loss? Thanks in advance

Hi There could be so many reason for hair fall / loss... one of the main reasons could be low levels of iron ( Anemia) , overload of stress ( over thinking ), deficiency of nutrients such as zinc and selenium, vitamin a, e, c , and poor protein intake through diet...and other B-Complex vitamins . And some times even sudden weight loss or weight cycling could also be the reason for hair loss... So intake of well balanced diet containing all nutrients in good proportions with good bioavailability is the key ... Thankyou
Next Steps
For right supplements please consult doctor for proper guidance ahead..
Health Tips
Intake of iron rich foods, all vitamin c containing foods along with the other above mentioned foods to be taken adequately in daily diet...
