Hairfall and hair thinning
I have straight and silky hair but the ends become rough after 2 days of shampooing. My hairs are very fine and split ends are formed easily, hairs even split from middle not ends. I lose around 50 hair strands daily on an average. I don't have too much hairfall but the problem is that new hair doesn't grow which is resulting in thinning of hair. I am having hairfall from front in M shape and also on crown area. Sometimes scalp itches lightly and then if I scratch then 2-3 hairs comes in my hand. The roots of my hair are very weak. I am attaching the picture. I have tested for haemoglobin it is normal(13.6) you can see in the photo.I also had PCOS and vitamin D deficiency which is now under control.
