I am having excessive hairfall and my hair are very dry and lookes lifeless without shine and also having thinning ... i am having long hairs below breasts length

Hair fall is because of several reason like vitamin D3 vitam B12 and serum ferritin def or because of thryoid problem.
Kindly get these checked by doing a blood test.
Secondly if your periods are not normal than you shoudl rule out Pcod .
For mean time you could start biotin tablets lilt
Tab proananagen once a day
Application you can use quilib for women spray use 5 ml a twice aday in the scalp
No need to wash hair everyday.
