I had delivered a baby through c-section. I didn't have hairfall till 10 months. My regular cycle started after 10 months of delivery and hair started falling more. With just even a touch I get min 10-15 strands to my hand. Please suggest how to reduce hairfall?

Dear Practo user
I can understand your concern..It's very common that ladies face hairfall issues post delivery..
That doesn't mean u can neglet it..It's because of underlying deficiencies u r having due to post delivery healing requirements and breastmilk production .lack of sleep and stress also add on to that..
Take blood tests for ferritin levels, vit d , vitamin b12 , calcium and haemoglobin..
There are high chance that these levels might b low.
