For men how many times in a week men can wash hair and what is the best shampoo and conditioner for men And when to apply oil on hair after the bath or at night. Can i wash more often after applyiing shampoo and conditioner because of dandruff

Hi. Greetings . no specific number of times have been defined! However, if u have very oily scalp or dandruff you may need to wash with shampoo even daily or alternate days for maintaining your scalp. The best shampoo or conditioner depends on the hair type u have and if u have dandruff with thick scales etc... Antifungal based shampoo helps for dandruff prone scalp.
