I have gone through hair transplant procedure one and half year ago with our local city doctor in two session one is front(scalp) area and another is middle area but nothing is happen all money become waste pl suggest me whether hair tranplant tecnic exsist or its only money making process pl guide what should i do.

There is tremendous advancement in hair transplant techniques now a days. I don't know what happened to you and the person who has done it was qualified for that or not. You can consult a plastic surgeon. Though fees are little more than quacks you can get a better result.
