  4. Hair transplant. Pills my entire life?

I am suffering from severe hair loss, my mom has a full head of hair, so it's not genetics. My family doctor advised me to get transplant done. But if I keep losing my natural hair, what is the point of getting a transplant done? I have been to various dermatologists in Kolkata. They just prescribe a number of medicines. How do I know the cause of my hair loss? Why should I keep popping pills my entire life? I am 23. It makes me self conscious. Please help me.
